10:15 AM-11:45 AM: Morning Rituals & Intention Workshop with Simone
11:45 AM-1 PM: Free Time (can be used to relax and lay by the pool, or to schedule a massage, 1:1 session with Erin or Simone, paddle-boarding lesson, etc. for an additional cost).

2-3:30 PM: Intuitive Eating Workshop with Simone and Erin (optional) or can be used as Free Time
