Intuitive Eating Workshop
Are you frustrated when it comes to food and trying to listen to your body's signals? Don't feel discouraged, we are here to tell you that it's not your fault--our food landscape today is drastically different and therefore having a healthy relationship requires a few steps.

Sound Healing Ceremony
Join us for a sound healing journey with African harps, frame drums, Peruvian charango, Tibetan bowls, rattles, flutes, and chanting, where all can access inner peace and relaxation. You will receive cleansing throughout the experience with essential oils, copal feathers, and vibrations to harmonize your energetic and physical bodies. Prior to this workshop you will be asked to take a free character strength assessment and then together we will discuss how to utilize these strengths in all aspects of our lives. We will also explore some additional best practices from the field of Positive Psychology to encourage positive thinking and foster a sense of wellbeing.

Mayan Clay Ceremony
Mayan Clay is found in mines deep in the Yucatan Peninsula and contains Magnesium, Silicon, Zinc, Copper, and Chromium, and has amazing healing and beautifying powers. The clay, when applied to the skin, acts as an exfoliant and regenerates tissue. It also helps to reduces common skin issues and leaves your skin feeling hydrated and nourished.
The traditional Mayan ceremony is performed on the beach and during the process, the Shaman uses copal (regional tree resin) and traditional Mayan ceremonial gifts to the spirits to purify and clean the energy and soul for inner clarity and wellbeing.

Letting Go Ceremony
In order to create space for new experiences and being our best selves, we must let go of thoughts, patterns, habits, and limiting beliefs that are no longer serving us. In this ceremony, we will come together and learn to let go. Out with the old, in with the new!
